Xinhuanet, Shenyang, October 29 (Reporter Wang Min and Wang Bingkun) : Recently, more than 70 sets of ORC low temperature waste heat power generation equipment developed by Orcan International Energy Technology Co., Ltd. have been produced in Anshan City, Liaoning Province, and will soon be shipped to Myanmar to equip a distributed gas power station. With the maturity and implementation of this technology, it will help solve problems in the utilization of industrial waste heat, improve energy utilization efficiency, and save energy costs.
It is understood that under the current technical level of traditional energy utilization, nearly 60% of China's industrial energy consumption is converted into waste heat resources. Waste heat is divided into high temperature waste heat, medium temperature waste heat and low temperature waste heat. Among them, low temperature residual heat (waste heat) refers to waste heat resources that are difficult to make effective use by conventional steam turbine generator modules, such as low-pressure saturated steam, steam-water mixture, flue gas below 250°C, hot water, etc. At present, domestic high and medium temperature waste heat power generation technology and equipment have undergone rapid development and a relatively complete industry has been formed. However, there is no effective technology to realize high efficiency utilization of low temperature waste heat.
Orcan International Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has been committed to the application research of low temperature waste heat technology for a long time. On the basis of German advanced technology, it has optimized and integrated the ORC low temperature waste heat power generation equipment (ePP 50.100), which will be used to equip VPower Myanmar Co., Ltd. Distributed gas power station project. With the utilization of high-temperature flue gas emitted by the internal combustion engine and the waste heat of the jacket water, the power generation efficiency of the gas engine has been increased from 42.8% to about 50% without any increase in energy consumption and certain ambient temperature conditions, which has a huge demonstration effect in the industry.
Compared with traditional waste heat power generation, ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) low temperature waste heat power generation technology can use low temperature waste heat (residual heat) resources (between 90℃ and 300 ℃) to achieve useful power generation. The required thermal equipment is small in size, to more effectively adapt to partial load operation and high-power changes, anti-freezing and heat-resistant, and has been made into a modular quick-installation generator module, which is convenient for installation and use.
According to reports, the U.S. currently uses the most waste heat resources, with a utilization rate of 60%, 50% in Europe, and around 40% in China. There is still a lot of room for the utilization of waste heat resources. The relevant person in charge of Orcan International Energy Technology Co., Ltd. introduced that in addition to power stations, ORC technology can also be widely used in industrial waste heat, ship power, solar thermal power, geothermal power generation, biomass gas and landfill gas power generation and other fields, which will greatly improve energy efficiency and save energy costs.
